About

Built by one person who was tired of re-planning every night.

Dusk is built by Namish Chopra, under Dusk Labs, Inc., a New Jersey corporation. We’re pre-launch — still in development, not yet on the App Store — which is exactly why we’d rather be upfront about where things stand than let a polished landing page imply more than is true.

School / district partnershipsNone signed yet. Dusk currently relies on a student's own OAuth connection to their personal Classroom/Canvas account — see the note below if you're a school.

For schools and districts

Dusk doesn’t assume a school-wide deployment or a data-sharing agreement — a student can use Dusk today by connecting their own account, and the school isn’t a party to that. If you’re an administrator who wants a formal agreement in place first — audit rights, deletion on request, a designated contact — email privacy@duskstudy.com and we’ll work through it before your students connect anything. Details on how we treat school-managed data under FERPA are in Section 7 of our Privacy Policy.

For parents

Dusk is meant for students 13 and up, and it’s built to schedule — not to message, browse, or advertise to your kid. There’s no ad SDK in the app, no selling of data, and no reading of anything outside the assignments a student’s class platform already hands to any app they authorize. If you believe your child under 13 has an account, or you want to see or delete everything Dusk has on your teen, the data page walks through exactly how, and privacy@duskstudy.com reaches us directly.
